I remember watching him as a child growing up in New Orleans. He encompasses the "uniqueness" of this place. It made me smile to see his hair standing up on his head at the end. That was always his trademark.

What's great about it, Will, is that it captures so much of what I feel when I walk around the city. It's a special place.
